These Maps Are Free To Use

All of the maps on this site are completely free to use but if you enjoy these rides, a small donation to the Broads Trust can help fund projects to ensure that the Broads are kept just the way they should be for the benefit of local communities and visitors alike. A donation of £2 per download would help us keep the Broads special. The Broads Trust is an independent registered charity. Each year funds will go towards improving access & interpretation, conservation, education for the next generations and caring for our rich biodiversity..

Our Sponsors

There have been 3 previous editions of this cycle route booklet. The first was published in 2011 with funding provided by a grant from the Rural Development programme through the LEADER scheme. This booklet only contained 9 rides around the Northern Broads but was expanded in 2014 to include some routes in the Southern Broads.

Then in 2017 Richardson’s Family Holidays, the largest boat hire company on the Broads, and Archant, the well know local media company, kindly sponsored a complete refresh on the booklet with a third edition.

New Edition

We are now indebted to Richardson’s and Archant who have continued their support and funded this new edition. The book has been expanded to include 2 more rides in the Southern Broads. Without their allocation of resources and funding this vibrant new edition would not have been possible.

Thanks are also due to Four Point Mapping who have provided all the complex mapping files of the routes themselves, based on Ordnance Survey data.
